During our Easter stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. The hotel offered a range of facilities including a sauna and pool, which the kids loved after a day of skiing. The location was perfect, with easy access to the telecabine either by a short walk or a convenient minibus. We also enjoyed exploring the town and visiting the nearby cafes and gelaterias.
While the hotel had its positives, we did notice some areas for improvement. The rooms were on the smaller side, and the bathroom was quite small as well.

Great Christmas holidays near the ski slopes. Ski runs nearby were wonderful and made our trip enjoyable. the Christmas decorations were lovely and gave the hotel an ambiance of the holiday season. the staff was friendly and welcoming to us. the food was also delicious. We enjoyed the local cuisine.
Our room was too small and outdated. the amenities were not worth the price.
